Voicemail Access: External and Internal Methods

This post outlines the procedures for accessing your voicemail service from both external and internal phone networks.

Accessing Voicemail from an External Phone Network:

1. Dial your assigned personal phone number.
2. Once you hear the automated voicemail greeting or unavailable message, press the asterisk or star (*) key.
3. The platform will prompt you to enter your voicemail password.
4. Enter your current voicemail password. If you have not changed the default password, it is the last four digits of your assigned personal phone number.
5. After entering your password, please wait a few seconds. It will then grant you access to your voicemail, allowing you to manage your messages.

Accessing Voicemail from Our Internal Phone Network:

1. Dial any of our toll-free access numbers:
   • (1) 888-582-6840, (1) 855-324-3901, (1) 800-611-8770, (1) 833-622-0430, (1) 833-622-0431, (1) 833-960-3663, (1) 800-260-1346.
2. At the welcome menu, select choice (1) to access the calling system.
3. Choose your preferred language choice (press 1 for English).
4. Enter your account PIN number (xxxxxxxx).
5. After it announces your account balance, you will be prompted to enter the destination number. Dial 889 followed instantly by your assigned personal phone number.
   • Example: If your personal phone number is 123-456-7890, dial 8891234567890.
6. The platform will then ask you to enter your voicemail password.
7. Enter your current voicemail password. If you have not changed the default password, it is the last four digits of your assigned personal phone number.
8. After entering your password, please wait a few seconds. It will then grant you access to your voicemail, allowing you to manage your messages.

Important Notes:

• Accessing your personal phone number from external phone networks incur charges from your phone network operator. Please consult your service provider for details.
• Calls made to US phone numbers from our internal system are liable to a charge of $0.029 (2.9 cents) per minute. This includes accessing your voicemail. Charges are billed in 3-minute increments. Actual charges vary based on your account’s calling plan.
